Step 1: Setting the foundation for your dreams

List out every single habit you've ever tried regardless if it was in the mornings. Think back to your childhood, high school, college, pre-covid days, and everything between—write it all down

Bonus: Next to every habit, add a "+" for ones that sparked joy & were impactful, "=" for ones that were not amazing but not bad, and "-" for ones you can live without

Step 2: Dreaming big dreams

Using the above as reference, write out your ideal morning routine. 🤓 This is your DREAM morning routine so dream big & be as detailed as you can

My ideal morning routine:

  • Wake up before 5:30, no snoozing
  • Make bed
  • Brush teeth & skincare
  • Drink some type of fluid (warm lemon water, AVC)
  • Meditate for ~45min
  • Make something small & quick to eat (smoothie?)
  • Change into something kyute
  • Out the door by 7:15am
  • Reading for 1.5 hrs at the office before work

Remember: You don't need to squeeze in every single "+" impactful habit in the morning. You could space it out throughout the day, or do it in the evening

Step 3: Turning dreams into reality

Copy & paste your ideal morning routine below, then highlight your non-negotiable aka "must-haves" for your mornings
